Privacy & SMS Policy

Effective November 1, 2026.

This policy explains how CallDirector AI handles information from website visitors, audit requests, calls, texts, emails, and AI-assisted communications.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy & SMS Policy describes how CallDirector AI LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("CallDirector," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit our website, request a Lead Leak Audit, contact us, use our services, or communicate with us by phone, text message, email, web chat, or other channels.

This policy does not replace the privacy notices, terms, or communications policies of businesses that use CallDirector services for their own customers. Those businesses are responsible for their own customer-facing notices and instructions.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

Information you provide directly. Name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, city/state, website address, business phone number, details about your business, and any other information you choose to provide through forms, calls, texts, emails, or other communications.

Chat widget conversations. If you use the chat assistant on this site, we store the conversation to improve responses and follow up if you ask us to. We don't sell this data.

Information from calls, texts, and other communications. Details you voluntarily provide when communicating with us, such as your contact information, the reason for your inquiry, business needs, and information necessary to respond or provide services.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting providers, website tools, and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, and general usage information.

Information related to services. If you become a client, CallDirector may process business contact information, call or message content, lead information, appointment or booking details, workflow information, and other information needed to configure, operate, support, and improve the services you select.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to audit requests, questions, and service inquiries
  • Conduct authorized public-facing Lead Leak Audit activities and prepare private audit reports
  • Contact you about your audit, requested information, appointments, or CallDirector services
  • Configure, provide, maintain, support, and improve selected services
  • Send text messages, calls, or emails in accordance with your preferences and applicable consent
  • Protect the website, services, users, and business operations
  • Meet legal, accounting, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution needs when applicable

Lead Leak Audit Authorization

When you request a Lead Leak Audit, you may provide a public-facing business website and phone number for review. We use the information you provide to evaluate the public-facing lead path you authorize us to test and to prepare your private report.

Audit activities are limited in scope and are not a full website, SEO, advertising, cybersecurity, legal, or compliance audit.

We do not record audit calls unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any required consent. The current Lead Leak Audit process is designed not to record audit calls.

AI-Assisted Communications

CallDirector may use AI-assisted tools to help answer calls, collect information, route inquiries, create summaries, support booking, and trigger follow-up workflows. AI-assisted tools operate according to configured scripts, rules, and workflows.

When CallDirector provides services to a client, that client is responsible for determining its customer communications, escalation rules, and any notices or consents required for its own callers, customers, or users.

CallDirector aims to configure clear disclosures and handoff rules where appropriate, but the exact experience depends on the client's configured service.

Call Recording and Transcription

CallDirector may use call recording, transcription, summaries, or similar communication tools only where those features are enabled for a service and where appropriate notice and consent practices are in place. Whether a particular call is recorded or transcribed may depend on the service configuration and the applicable communication channel.

If you have questions about a specific call or communication, contact us at hello@calldirector.ai.

SMS, Phone, and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number and give consent where requested, CallDirector may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your audit, requested information, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to a text message to opt out of future marketing text messages from that number. You can reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may continue to receive non-marketing or service-related communications where appropriate, such as messages related to an active audit request, appointment, account, or service.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email, where available, or by contacting us.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information for money. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, forms, communications, business systems, hosting, customer support, scheduling, and other services. These providers may process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or operations; comply with legal obligations; respond to lawful requests; or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

If CallDirector is involved in a business transaction such as a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable requirements.
